Independence

We will, therefore, remain independent of the real estate industry, so allowing a continued focus on buying properties for their investment potential, in contrast to real estate professionals. Such individuals may have the knowledge to buy and advise on investment property, but are unable to do so due to their legislative obligations to the vendors, for whom they must obtain the best possible price.
