Executive Director

A qualified accountant and Fellow of the Financial Securities Institute of Australia. Jock moved from stock broking to open Portfolio Management Services in 1967 to specialise in buying investment property and property investment management for private clients. He is an Associate of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria, and a Licensed Advisor under the Securities Industry Code. For Portfolio Management Services' clients, Jock's greatest asset is his more than thirty years experience in the property investment industry. Not surprisingly, Jock is widely respected as one of Australia's foremost property investors and is regularly quoted in the media.

JENNY BING

Marketing Director

A lifelong advertising professional, Jenny has worked for over 25 years as copywriter and creative director specializing in finance and property investment. In the 1980s she joined Ian Ross and Tim Swallow as founding partners in the Creative marketing agency Ross Bing Swallow (RBS). The company developed a number of national campaigns for - Porsche, Braun, Bang & Olufsen, Oral B and the investment bonds and funds business of Scottish Amicable insurance as well as residential property developers A V Jennings, Becton and Portfolio Management Services. In 1990 Jenny launched a boutique advertising production company continuing to work with Portfolio Management and her longstanding accounts - Braun/Gillette and Oral B. Jenny's experience in financial and investment reporting includes a four years as Australian journalist for the London Financial Times - World Insurance Report and as freelance feature writer in the Financial Times and Financial Review. Jenny is currently completing a Masters in Advertising at RMIT and consults with Portfolio where she is responsible for the development of product, brochure and marketing initiatives for the public relations of the company.

SIMON GIBBS MBA, BComm (Hons), FAII

Acquisitions and Product Development

An experienced financial services manager, Simon has some 20 years of experience in investment property management, with expertise in the administration and marketing of funds management and superannuation products developed from AXA Australia. Simon is focused on developing investment products for small and medium property portfolios for Portfolio Management Services, specialising in residential property investment.

PHILLIP ALMEIDA

Acquisitions Manager and Client Liaison

Phillip is a talented young investment property professional with considerable formal training in the real estate industry. He came to Portfolio Management Services after commencing studies in international trade and business at La Trobe University and has trained directly under the Executive Director Jock Bing. In 2005 whilst completing his real estate operations studies at RMIT University, he was awarded RMIT University Trainee of the Year. Phillip has outstanding interpersonal skills and property management qualifications, and is highly regarded by both Portfolio Management Services' clients and staff.

ANNA GUY

Senior Property Manager

Anna gained her investment property management experience in the United Kingdom with Greenslade Taylor Hunt and joined Portfolio Management Services as residential investment property manager in 2002. Anna's considerable experience and insights into the specific issues relating to investment property offer Portfolio Management Services' clients considerable knowledge and added value to the property investment service. Anna is highly qualified, particularly in rental law and court action and enforcement, not to mention a psychology major from Middlesex University. Her European experience provides the rare advantage of being able to assess property management issues from a broad perspective.

Senior Property Manager

Vesna is well placed to head up our property management team having started her property management experience with Portfolio approaching 6 years ago. As a key member of Portfolio's personnel, Vesna's efforts can be summarised as firm, fair & friendly. Disciplined calm professionalism means Vesna is popular with clients and tenants alike.

KIM HICKEY

Trust Account, Commercial and Industrial Property Manager

Kim joined Portfolio Management Services in 2004 coming from Wilson Pride Real Estate where she worked in both residential and commercial property management. Kim is a highly qualified, capable and experienced trust account operator with more than six years in the field. Kim's efficiency in overseeing the day to day operation of the commercial investment property portfolios and the all important Portfolio Management Services management system have earned her respect both inside the company and in the industry. Kim has completed the REIV Agents Representative Certificate, Advanced Property Management and Commercial Property Management.
